TACL zooms on securing orders worth Rs 580 crore along with its JVs

Talbros Automotive Components is currently trading at Rs. 307.15, up by 8.95 points or 3.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 298.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 319.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 322.85 and Rs. 304.00 respectively. So far 58997 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 395.30 on 31-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 200.05 on 03-Mar-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 322.85 and Rs. 282.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1913.57 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.43%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.71% and 40.86% respectively.
Talbros Automotive Components (TACL) along with its joint ventures (JVs) has received orders worth around Rs 580 crore for both domestic and exports market from the leading OEMs. These orders are to be executed over the period of next 5 years. These orders include orders from all the company’s product lines like gaskets, heat shields, forging components, chassis and hoses.
Of the total, the company has received order worth around Rs 260 crore (includes around Rs 150 crore of exports, majorly in Europe) from the sealing business for gaskets and heat shield products and forgings products. The company has received another orders worth around Rs 290 crore through JV (Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems) for Chassis components. Around 50% of these orders are for EV segment.
The company has received orders through JV (Talbros Marugo Rubber) worth around Rs 30 crore in the domestic market for products like Hoses and A/V. The commercialization for these products will start from the H2 FY26. These orders will help further enhance the company's revenue visibility and improve profitability. These orders from highly specialized auto markets and customers greatly signify the capabilities developed by TACL and its JV companies.
