Tata Capital gains on raising Rs 2030 crore through NCDs
Tata Capital is currently trading at Rs. 323.70, up by 2.35 points or 0.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 321.35 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 322.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 328.05 and Rs. 322.50 respectively. So far 34150 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 367.65 on 20-Jan-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 296.05 on 02-Jun-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 328.05 and Rs. 308.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 136960.70 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 85.41%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.48% and 6.10% respectively.
Tata Capital has raised Rs 2030 crore through allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The company has allotted 2,03,000 secured, redeemable, NCDs, having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on private placement basis. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 8.15% per annum and have a tenor of 1096 days from June 11, 2026. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
