JK Paper shines on acquiring 15.40% stake in Borkar Packaging

JK Paper has acquired 40,08,899 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each representing 15.40% of the total paid-up share capital of Borkar Packaging (BPPL). Post this acquisition, the company's shareholding in BPPL has increased to 87.36% of the total paid-up share capital of BPPL. The above acquisition is part of the Share Purchase, Subscription, and Shareholders' Agreement dated July 28, 2025.
