Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 148.10, up by 1.60 points or 1.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 146.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 145.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 149.05 and Rs. 144.20 respectively. So far 31062 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 158.05 on 06-May-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 92.50 on 14-Aug-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 152.05 and Rs. 144.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11606.41 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.80%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 42.81% and 34.39% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed new property in Gir, Gujarat under its upscale brand, Aurika Hotels & Resorts, with Aurika, Sasan Gir in Gujarat. The property is a greenfield project, slated to open in FY 2029. The property shall be operated by Carnation Hotels, a subsidiary and the management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels.

Aurika, Sasan Gir will feature 82 aesthetically designed rooms and suites, along with Mirasa, the all-day dining restaurant, banquet facilities including Ekaara, the ballroom and Aurum, the boardroom and a stunning swimming pool. Nestled in the western state of Gujarat, Gir is renowned for its diverse wildlife and natural beauty. The crown jewel of this region is the Gir National Park, the only place in the world where Asiatic lions can be seen in their natural habitat.
