Suryoday Small Finance Bank rises on planning to raise funds via Tier II Bonds
Suryoday Small Finance is currently trading at Rs. 146.80, up by 2.80 points or 1.94% from its previous closing of Rs. 144.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 143.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 147.45 and Rs. 143.95 respectively. So far 4839 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 217.50 on 24-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 115.30 on 24-Feb-2026.

Suryoday Small Finance Bank is planning to raise funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (Tier II Bonds) on a Private Placement basis, subject to such approvals, consents and permissions as may be required. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on September 21, 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the same.
