ICICI Pru AMC announces Conversion of Non - OPAT of AMC to OPAT
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID)/ Investment Strategy Document (ISID)/ Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Fund) and iSIF.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that the Non - Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (Non-OPAT) of the AMC at the below mentioned address shall be considered as OPAT with effect from September 21, 2026: ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, Ground Floor, Sai Complex, O.T. Road, Inda, Kharagpur, Dist West Midnapur, Pin - 721305, West Bengal.
This Notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM of the Schemes of the Fund, as amended from time to time. All other provisions of the SID and KIM except as specifi cally modifi ed herein above remain unchanged.
