Indian Hotels Company trades higher on signing SeleQtions hotel in Kerala

The Indian Hotels Company is currently trading at Rs. 717.80, up by 2.40 points or 0.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 715.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 712.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 719.00 and Rs. 706.45 respectively. So far 23473 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 791.50 on 18-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 565.25 on 02-Apr-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 737.50 and Rs. 706.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 101882.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 38.12%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 46.29% and 15.59% respectively.

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a SeleQtions hotel in Athirapilly, Kerala. This is a conversion and expansion project. The 100-key IHCL SeleQtions Athirapilly, Kerala is being developed in two phases. The first phase comprises the existing 37 operational keys, while the balance inventory will be added as part of the expansion. The hotel will feature an all-day dining restaurant, a wine and beer lounge and a rooftop dining experience. 

With the addition of this hotel, IHCL will have 25 hotels in Kerala, including 07 under development.
