Lemon Tree Hotels rises on signing two new hotels in Bihar
Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 105.95, up by 0.95 points or 0.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 105.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 105.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 106.20 and Rs. 105.40 respectively. So far 20401 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 180.60 on 08-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 99.70 on 16-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 108.55 and Rs. 104.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8318.59 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.32%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 33.80% and 43.89% respectively.
Lemon Tree Hotels has signed two License Agreements viz. Lemon Tree Hotel, Bodhgaya and Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya, both located in the State of Bihar. Both the properties shall be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. With a combined inventory of 145 rooms, the signings further strengthen the group’s presence in Bihar, where it currently operates two hotels and has three properties in the development pipeline, including these two new signings.
Lemon Tree Hotel, Bodhgaya will feature 75 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool and a fitness center. Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Bodhgaya will feature 70 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool and a fitness center.
