Invesco Asset Management (India) (AMC) announces appointment of Director
Invesco Asset Management (India) has announced addendum to Statement of Additional Information of Invesco Mutual Fund.
Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that, Ramesh Ganesan has been appointed as an Associate Director on the Board of Invesco Asset Management (India) (‘IAMI’) with effect from Monday, September 14, 2026.
Accordingly, the following details of Ramesh Ganesan shall be included in SAI of the Fund: Ramesh Ganesan (63 Years) holds a Master’s in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (C.A.I.I.B.). Mr. Ramesh Ganesan has been seasoned banking leader with over 35 years of deep industry expertise. He possesses an extensive track record spanning relationship and transaction banking, development of corporate products in domestic and cross-border trade, digital transformation and domestic & cross border payments. Over his distinguished career, he has driven Corporate and Global market Operations, Information Technology (IT), Supply Chain Finance, and IT procurement.
Ganesan’s notable leadership tenures include his career as a Probationary Officer with the State Bank of India, serving as Executive Director and Country Management Team member at ABN AMRO Bank NV, and holding the position of Senior Executive Vice President and Management Team member which led the successful transformation of IndusInd Bank Ltd to a leading private sector bank in India.
Beyond corporate leadership, he actively contributes to society through honorary roles and associations with premier healthcare, educational, and cultural institutions, including Sri Shanmukhananda Fine Arts & Sangeetha Sabha and its Charitable Community Healthcare Centre, Mumbai, South Indian Education Society (SIES), Mumbai and Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Vishwa Mahavidyalaya (SCSVMV).
All other terms & conditions of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This notice cum addendum forms an integral part of the Statement of Additional Information of Invesco Mutual Fund as amended from time to time.
