LT Foods trades higher on inking pact to acquire remaining 49% stake in Kameda LT Foods (India)
LT Foods is currently trading at Rs. 423.45, up by 6.45 points or 1.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 417.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 418.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 423.45 and Rs. 416.65 respectively. So far 7355 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 490.65 on 24-Aug-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 332.25 on 20-Jan-2026.

LT Foods has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Kameda Seika Co., for the acquisition of its entire 49% equity stake in Kameda LT Foods (India) (KLT), an existing joint venture of the company. Upon completion of the proposed transaction, the company's shareholding in KLT will increase from 51% to 100% and KLT will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition is pursuant to the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement on September 16, 2026 which envisages the proposed sale by Kameda Seika Co., of its entire 49% equity stake in KLT to the company.
