Transformers and Rectifiers (India) climbs on securing orders worth Rs 252 crore

Transformers & Rectifiers (India) is currently trading at Rs. 743.00, up by 34.60 points or 4.88% from its previous closing of Rs. 708.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 708.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 743.80 and Rs. 691.00 respectively. So far 14676 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 845.70 on 13-Jun-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 111.50 on 31-Aug-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 760.00 and Rs. 691.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11118.89 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.16%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.33% and 19.51% respectively.

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has secured orders totaling Rs 252 crore. Out of which, the company has received first order worth Rs 91 crore from SPIL for manufacturing of transformers with range of 50 to 500 MVA and 33 kV Class to 420 kV Class. 

The second order is for Manufacturing of Transformers & Reactors with range of 125MVAr to 500 MVA and 420 kV Class with a total contract value of Rs 70 crore has been awarded by KEPIPL and third order is for manufacturing of transformers with range of 250 MVA and 400 KV Class with a total contract value of Rs 91 crore has been awarded by JSPL.

Transformers & Rectifiers (India) is engaged in the manufacture of a wide range of transformers.
