Devyani International is currently trading at Rs. 179.80, up by 3.05 points or 1.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 176.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 177.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 180.00 and Rs. 175.30 respectively. So far 67196 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 227.75 on 11-Sep-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 142.05 on 04-Jun-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 181.90 and Rs. 168.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 21658.11 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.73%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 25.88% and 11.40% respectively.

Devyani International has incorporated Subsidiary Company namely ‘Devyani PVR INOX' on July 26, 2024, inter alia to undertake the business relating to development and operation of food courts situated within shopping malls in India.

Devyani International is the largest franchisee of Yum Brands in India and is among the largest chain operators of quick service restaurants (QSR) in India on a non-exclusive basis.
