Valor Estate surges on acquiring 50% stake in Shiv Infra Riverwalk

Valor Estate is currently trading at Rs. 213.40, up by 6.80 points or 3.29% from its previous closing of Rs. 206.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 209.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 213.75 and Rs. 207.15 respectively. So far 308861 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 284.95 on 09-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 69.50 on 05-Jul-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 218.15 and Rs. 202.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11468.36 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 47.44%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.71% and 46.85% respectively.

Valor Estate has acquired 50% stake in Shiv Infra Riverwalk (formerly known as Fairglow Realty LLP) pursuant to First Supplemental LLP Agreement on April 19, 2024. Shiv Infra Riverwalk’s business is in line with the main business of the Company. With investment in the capital of target entity, the Company will be able to hold 50% stake/ share in profit or loss in the LLP.

Valor Estate (formerly known as D B Realty) is primarily in the business of real estate construction, development and other related activities. The company is focused on residential, commercial, retail and other projects, such as mass housing and cluster redevelopment.
