Nazara Technologies gains as its arm acquires 92.30% equity share capital of AFK Gaming

Nazara Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 1316.70, up by 16.55 points or 1.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 1300.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 1329.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1329.30 and Rs. 1290.50 respectively. So far 40733 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 4 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1354.75 on 24-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 825.80 on 23-Jul-2024.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1352.00 and Rs. 1290.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12182.28 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 8.78%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.64% and 66.58% respectively.
Nazara Technologies’ material subsidiary -- Nodwin Gaming (Nodwin) has completed acquisition of 92.30% of the equity share capital of AFK Gaming (AFK). Out of the total purchase consideration of Rs 7.58 crore payable by Nodwin a) consideration of Rs 4.59 crore has been paid in cash and b) balance Rs 2.99 crore has been discharged by way of swap/issuance of equity shares of Nodwin, in accordance with terms of the Agreement.
Pursuant to the aforesaid acquisition, AFK has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Nodwin and a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
