NDR Auto Components surges as its arm inaugurates new plant in Andhra Pradesh

NDR Auto Components is currently trading at Rs. 865.60, up by 13.30 points or 1.56% from its previous closing of Rs. 852.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 861.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 868.00 and Rs. 848.50 respectively. So far 1508 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1218.70 on 18-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 607.55 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 902.65 and Rs. 830.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2058.86 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.13%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.08% and 26.79% respectively.

NDR Auto Components’ wholly owned subsidiary -- NDR Auto Components South has inaugurated a new plant at Penukonda in Andhra Pradesh. The plant will have a frame capacity of 50,000 sets for 5-Seater Car and seat cover (Trims) capacity of 28,000 sets for 7-Seater Car. The investment for the plant is around Rs 27.29 crore, financed through a mix of loan and equity. The proposed capacity will be achieved in the next one year. Establishment of new plant was aimed at catering KIA Motors India through Hyundai Transys located at Penukonda (Anantapur district).
