Bhagyanagar India moves up on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

Bhagyanagar India is currently trading at Rs. 94.00, up by 0.54 points or 0.58% from its previous closing of Rs. 93.46 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 95.99 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 95.99 and Rs. 92.62 respectively. So far 950 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 115.85 on 22-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 63.01 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 96.45 and Rs. 89.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 300.75 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.45%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.28% and 29.27% respectively.

Bhagyanagar India has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Tieramet’. The wholly owned subsidiary has been incorporated to carry on the business of manufacturing and processing of copper and copper-based products for various industrial applications, including electrical and telecommunications. It also operates in the renewable energy sector, developing and supplying clean energy systems and technologies.

Bhagyanagar India is engaged in the manufacture of copper rods, copper foils, copper pipes, copper sheets, annealed bare copper strips, paper insulated copper conductors and insulated copper coils (field coils).
