IMF raises India`s growth projections for 2024; fastest among developing nations

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) in its latest outlook raised India's growth projections for 2024 from 6.5 per cent to 6.8 per cent, with the country maintaining the fastest-growing status in emerging markets and developing economies. Reacting to which Economist Ved Jain said, “It’s a very good report especially considering the geopolitical situations right now. It feels like interest rates are also going to go down now and The fastest economic growth in the world is going to happen in India.
