Edelweiss Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund.
Edelweiss Mutual Fund informed that pursuant to SEBI’s email communication dated June 25, 2024, regarding the standardized framework for target maturity indices and the prescribed nomenclature for target maturity schemes, the name of the Edelweiss CRISIL IBX AAA Financial Services – Jan 2028 Index Fund (the Scheme) has been revised from Existing Nomenclature ‘Edelweiss CRISIL IBX AAA Financial Services – Jan 2028 Index Fund’ to ‘Edelweiss CRISIL IBX AAA Financial Services Bond- Jan 2028 Index Fund’, effective from December 19, 2024.
This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID, KIM and SAI of the schemes of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms & conditions shall remain unchanged.
