Edelweiss Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced notice cum addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund.
Edelweiss Mutual Fund has informed that Investor Service Centre of KFin Technologies (Registrar and Transfer Agent to the Schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund) which is the official point of acceptance of transactions for all the Schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund (the Fund) at ‘ Flat No. F11, 1st Floor, Akshaya Plaza 108, Adhithanar Salai, Egmore, Chennai – 600002 Tel No: 044 - 42028512 / 42028513’ has been shifted to ‘9th Floor, Capital Towers, 180, Kodambakkam High Road, Nungambakkam | Chennai – 600 034 Tel No: 044 - 42028512 / 42028513’; with effective from February 23, 2024.
This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SID, KIM and SAI of the designated Scheme of the Fund as amended from time to time. All other features and terms & conditions shall remain unchanged.
