LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management (AMC) has announced Modification in Statement of Additional Information (SAI).
LIC Mutual Fund has informed that Siddhesh Parab has been appointed as Equity Dealer with effect from November 12, 2024. He has been designated as a Key Personnel for the schemes of LIC Mutual Fund.
Brief details of Mr. Siddhesh Parab are as follows: Siddhesh Parab (39 years), possesses an MBA degree in Finance from Allana Institute of Management, Mumbai and B.com from Maharshi Dayanand College, Parel. He has around 18 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management, Siddhesh has worked with ITI Asset Management (September 2023 till November 2024), Mirae Asset Capital Market ((November 2020 till August 2023), Sushil Financial Services (August 2015 till November 2020) as Equity Dealer and at Emkay Global Financial Services (December 2006 till August 2015) as Equity-Commodity-Currency Dealer.
This Notice cum addendum shall form an integral part of the SAI of LIC Mutual Fund as amended from time to time. All other terms & conditions of SAI remains unchanged.
