Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund files offer document for Active Momentum Fund

Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund has filed offer document with SEBI to launch an open-ended equity scheme named 'Motilal Oswal Active Momentum Fund'. The New Fund Offer price will be Rs 10. Entry load will be nil and Exit load will be 1%- If redeemed within 3 months from the day of allotment; will be Nil -If redeemed after 3 months from the date of allotment. The Scheme offers Growth Option and Income Distribution Cum Capital Withdrawal Option for investments and seeks to collect a Minimum Target Amount of Rs 10 crore.

The performance of the scheme will be benchmarked against Nifty 500 TRI. The minimum application amount is Rs 500 and in multiples of Re 1 thereafter.

The investment objective of the scheme is to achieve long term capital appreciation by predominantly investing in equity and equity related instruments by investing through a Momentum factor-based approach for stock selection.
