Invesco Asset Management (India) informs about addendum to SAI
Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that, pursuant to voluntary withdrawal of registration as an Investment Adviser under Investment Advisers Act, 1940 with Securities Exchange Commission, United States, the following para under the sub-heading ‘D. ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY’ of the heading ‘I. INFORMATION ABOUT SPONSOR, AMC AND TRUSTEE COMPANY’ of Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of Invesco Mutual Fund stands deleted: ‘Pursuant to an application made by AMC to Securities and Exchange Commission (‘SEC’), United States for registration as Investment Advisers under Investment Advisers Act, 1940, SEC vide its order dated December 24, 2016 granted its approval for registration of AMC as an Investment Adviser. The registration number with SEC is 801-108727.’
All other terms & conditions of the SAI of the Fund will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund as amended from time to time.
