Quant AMC has announced notice-cum-addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of quant Mutual Fund (The Fund). Sameer Kate is being appointed as Fund Manager-Equity of quant Money Managers (quant AMC) with effect from January 09, 2025. Sameer has over two decades of experience in Indian equities and derivatives dealing. Prior to joining quant MF, Sameer was Sr. Sales Trader at Investec Capital covering equity and derivatives trading for domestic and foreign institutional clients. He has also worked for over 16 years at Kotak Securities as a Sales Trader.
All other terms and conditions of the SAI of the Fund read with other addendums, if any will remain unchanged. This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Fund read with the addenda issued thereunder.
