In accordance with Paragraph 10.1.8 of SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/IMD/ IMD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2024/90 dated June 27, 2024 (referred as ‘SEBI Master Circular’) on Total Expense Ratio - Change and Disclosure, JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the Base Total Expense Ratio (TER) (i.e. TER excluding additional expenses provided in Paragraph 10.1.7 of SEBI Master Circular) of JM Large Cap Fund - Direct Plan is revised from ‘0.55’ to ‘0.60’, JM Flexicap Fund - Direct Plan is revised from ‘0.46’ to ‘0.47’, JM Midcap Fund - Direct Plan is revised from ‘0.39’ to’ 0.42’, JM Small Cap Fund - Direct Plan is revised from ‘0.55’ to ‘0.58’ and JM Aggressive Hybrid Fund - Direct Plan is revised from ‘0.57’ to ‘0.59’ (the schemes/plans) with effect from January 22, 2025.
