JM Financial Asset Management announces shifting of branch
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI), Scheme Information Document (SID) & Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the Andheri branch of the AMC will be shifting from ’The Summit Business Park, 415, 4th Floor, Off Andheri Kurla Road, Chakala, Below Western Express Highway Metro Station, Andheri East, Mumbai 400093 to the new address ‘Office No 501, X’trium Building, 291, Andheri Kurla Road, Next to Holy Family Church, Andheri East, Mumbai 400093’ with effect from December 16, 2024.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SID, KIM & SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
