JM Financial Asset Management announces appointment of Key Personnel
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of the schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that that Deepak Gupta has been designated as Key Personnel of the AMC with effect from December 12, 2024. Accordingly, following details pertaining to Deepak Gupta shall be incorporated in the SAI under the para titled ‘Information on Key Personnel’: Mr. Deepak Gupta (42 years) graduated with an MCom Degree from Mumbai University and a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has over 21 years of experience. Prior to joining JM Financial Asset Management, he was associated with SBI Pension Funds, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance and Access Asset Managers.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SAI of the Schemes of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
