JM Financial AMC informs about addendum to SAI
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that about the following changes in the SAI of the Mutual Fund: 1. Anuj Kapoor ceases to be an Associate Director of the Board of JM Financial Asset Management (the AMC’) from the close of business hours of December 31, 2024 (‘Effective date). 2. Seemant Shukla, Chief Business Officer, has resigned from the services of the AMC from the close of business hours of December 31, 2024 (‘Effective date’).
Consequent to the above, all details pertaining to Anuj Kapoor and Seemant Shukla as appearing in the para titled ‘Details of AMC Directors’ and ‘Information on Key Personnel’, respectively, in the SAI of the Mutual Fund stands deleted from the Effective date.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SAI of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
