JM Financial AMC announces shifting of corporate office of AMC
JM Financial Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the Corporate Office of the AMC, Investment Manager to the Schemes of JM Financial Mutual Fund will be operating from the following new address with effect from December 29, 2025: Office B, 8th Floor, Cnergy, Appasaheb Marathe Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025 is shifting to One International Centre, 22nd Floor, Tower 2, Senapati Bapat Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400013.
Consequently, the Official Point of Acceptance of the AMC will stand shifted from the existing address of the Corporate Office to the new address mentioned above. Also, the Official Point of Acceptance at the Office B, 8th Floor, Cnergy, Appasaheb Marathe Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai - 400025 shall be discontinued with effect from December 29, 2025.
This notice forms an integral part of Statement of Additional Information (SAI). All the other terms and conditions of the SAI remain unchanged.
