Quant Mutual Fund has announced Notice-cum-Addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of the Schemes of Quant Mutual Fund (The Fund). Pursuant to clause 17.4.1.h of SEBI Master Circular dated June 27, 2024, the Risk-o-meter of the Quant Equity Savings Fund has been revised from existing ‘Low risk’ to ‘Low to Moderate risk’. And the Risk-o-meter of the Quant Multi Asset Allocation Fund has been revised from existing ‘Very high risk’ to ‘High risk’.

The above Risk-o-meter is based on evaluation of risk level of Scheme’s monthly portfolio as on January 31, 2026. All other details of the Product Labelling and all other features and terms & conditions of the SID and KIM of the Schemes will remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM issued for the aforesaid Schemes read with the addenda issued thereunder.
