JM Financial AMC announces shifting of Branch, change in Timeline for registering of STP
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (‘SID’) and Key Information Memorandum (‘KIM’) of the Schemes and Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the following branch of KFin Technologies, Registrar to the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, will be shifted from KFIN Technologies, FF 21 Someshwar Shopping Mall, Modhera Road, Mehsana – 384002, Gujarat. Tel: 9974528004 to KFIN Technologies, Shop No. F 106, Silicon Sky Land, Opp. Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Radhanpur Road, Mehsana – 384002, Gujarat. Tel: 9081903029, with effect from October 31, 2026.
Further, the AMC has that the timeline for registering a Systematic Transfer Plan (‘STP’) will be reduced from the existing 5 calendar days to 2 business days (in case of online mode) with effect from October 30, 2026.
This revision will be for all the Scheme(s) of the Mutual Fund. All other terms and conditions of the STP facility will remain unchanged. This Notice-Cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID & KIM of all the Schemes and SAI of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All other terms and conditions of the SID & KIM of all the Schemes and SAI of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
