ASK Automotive touches roof on signing agreement with Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki Co., Japan

ASK Automotive is currently trading at upper limit of Rs. 356.50, up by 16.95 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 339.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 340.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 356.50 and Rs. 340.40 respectively. So far 5922 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 508.95 on 17-Dec-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 240.70 on 13-Mar-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 433.00 and Rs. 333.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7028.13 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 78.95%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.56% and 6.48% respectively.

ASK Automotive has signed Technical Assistance and License Agreement for Cast Wheel Production with Kyushu Yanagawa Seiki Co., Japan (KYSK) for manufacturing high pressure die casted alloy wheels for two-wheeler (Products) with KYSK offering technical expertise and knowledge sharing under the Agreement. 

The products to be manufactured under the Agreement will be supplied to the identified Japanese customer. The company aims to design, develop, and manufacture high-quality Alloy Wheels to add value for two-wheelers that will ensure safety, align with world-class standards, and deliver products of superior performance. 

ASK Automotive is the largest manufacturer of brake-shoe and advanced braking (AB) systems for two-wheelers (2W) in India.
