Crest Ventures moves up on completing acquisition of 100% stake in Crest Shelters

Crest Ventures is currently trading at Rs. 355.40, up by 1.85 points or 0.52% from its previous closing of Rs. 353.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 348.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 355.40 and Rs. 348.75 respectively. So far 3 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 542.05 on 11-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 304.55 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 360.25 and Rs. 346.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 992.19 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.63% and 28.62% respectively.

Crest Ventures (CVL) has completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Crest Shelters (CSPL) for a total consideration of Rs 157.43 lakh. Following this acquisition, CSPL has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. The primary objective of the acquisition of CSPL is to consolidate CVL’s interest in CSPL, a company earmarked for Real Estate activities.

Crest Ventures has been involved in the development and management of real estate projects and is developing various premium residential and commercial properties in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai, as well as a township in the heart of Raipur city.
