Mphasis soars on reporting 14% rise in Q4 consolidated net profit
Mphasis is currently trading at Rs. 2309.10, up by 60.40 points or 2.69% from its previous closing of Rs. 2248.70 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2326.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2349.60 and Rs. 2242.50 respectively. So far 55497 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3035.15 on 18-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2033.65 on 17-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2,479.25 and Rs. 2,043.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 43993.29 crore.

Mphasis has reported marginal rise in its net profit at Rs 371.94 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 369.22 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company has increased by 8.79% at Rs 2,493.88 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 2,292.41 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported 14.14% rise in its net profit at Rs 509.64 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 446.49 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income of the company increased by 15.40% at Rs 4,350.59 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 3,770.00 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 8.49% decline in its net profit at Rs 1,402.37 crore as compared to Rs 1,532.49 crore for the previous year. However, the total income of the company has increased by 2.15% at Rs 9,652.89 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9,449.53 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
