Tata AMC informs about new transaction point
Tata Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced that addendum to the Scheme Information Document (s) (SIDS) / Key Information Memorandum(s) (KIMS) of Specified Scheme(s) and Statement of Additional Information (SAI) of Tata Mutual Fund.
Tata Mutual Fund has announced that with effect from June 07, 2023, Pimpri Branch of Tata Asset Management Private Ltd (TAMPL) ‘Kohinoor B-Zone, Shop no. 110, 1st Floor, Old Mumbai-Pune Highway, Near Pimple Petroleum, Above Maharashtra Electronics, Pimpri, Pune - 411 017’, shall be an additional transaction point of Tata Mutual Fund.
All other terms and conditions of the scheme remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the Scheme Information Document(s)/ Key Information Memorandum(s) of the Scheme(s), as applicable, of the Fund as amended from time to time.
