LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management (AMC) has informed that, pursuant to SEBI Circular dated November 30, 2017 Ref no. SEBI/HO/IMD/DF2/CIR/P/2017/125 read with SEBI Circular dated February 7, 2018, pertaining to Enhancing fund governance for Mutual Funds, Satish Kamat, ceases to be an Independent Director on the Board of AMC on completion of the maximum term prescribed as per the aforesaid SEBI circulars from the close of business hours of August 29, 2023. Accordingly, all reference to Satish Kamat in the SAI stands deleted. All other terms & conditions of SAI remains unchanged.
