Unifi Mutual Fund introduces Flexi Cap Fund

Unifi Mutual Fund has launched Unifi Flexi Cap Fund, an open-ended dynamic equity scheme investing across large cap, mid cap, small cap stocks. The NFO opens for subscription on May 19, 2025 and closes on May 30, 2025. The Entry Load is nil for the scheme. The Exit Load: In respect of each purchase of units via Lumpsum /Switch In/ Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) and Systematic Transfer Plan (STP-in), Exit Load on redemption/ switch out will be determined as follows: • In case units are redeemed/switched out within 12 months from the date of allotment: 1% of applicable NAV will be charged as Exit Load. • In case units are redeemed/switched out after 12 months from the date of allotment, no Exit Load is applicable. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter.

The performance of the Scheme will be benchmarked at Nifty 500 TRI and its fund managers are Saravanan V N (CIO & Fund Manager), Aejas Lakhani (Equity Fund Manager), Karthik Srinivas (Debt Fund Manager) and Aman Reddy Kakani (Overseas Securities).

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long term capital appreciation by pursuing active management and bottom-up investing, primarily in equity and equity related instruments across sectors and market cap spectrum. The scheme will anchor to investing in growth businesses and is best suited for investors with long term investment horizon.
