ICICI Pru AMC announces change in fund managers of schemes
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) has addendum to the Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (the Fund), Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and Key Information Memoranda (KIM) of various schemes of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has informed that Fund managers of ICICI Prudential Business Cycle Fund shall stand revised from ‘Anish Tawakley, Manish Banthia & Manan Tijoriwala’ to ‘Anish Tawakley, Manish Banthia, Manan Tijoriwala & Divya Jain’ and Fund managers of ICICI Prudential Dynamic Asset Allocation Active FOF (Erstwhile ICICI Prudential Asset Allocator (FOF)) shall stand revised from ‘Sankaran Naren, Dharmesh Kakkad, Manish Bhantia & Ritesh Lunawat’ to 'Dharmesh Kakkad, Manish Bhantia, Ritesh Lunawat & Sharmila D’silva' with effect from January 1, 2026.
All the other provisions of the SAI/SIDs/KIM/addenda of the aforesaid Schemes except as specifically modified herein above remain unchanged. This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SAI/SIDs/KIMs/addenda, as amended from time to time.
