Invesco Asset Management (India) announces change in benchmark risk-o-meter of schemes

Invesco Mutual Fund has informed that benchmark risk-o-Meter of Invesco India Short Duration Fund (an open ended short term debt scheme investing in instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 1 year to 3 years with moderate interest rate risk and relatively low credit risk) has been revised from ‘Moderate’ to ‘Low to Moderate’ and the benchmark risk-o-Meter of Invesco India Multi Asset Allocation Fund (an open ended scheme investing in Equity, Debt, Gold ETFs / Silver ETFs) has been revised from  'Very High’ to ‘High’. The above changes in Risk level of first tier benchmark indices are as on December 31, 2024 and is applicable with immediate effect. 

Pursuant to above changes, necessary changes will be carried out at relevant places in Scheme Information Document (‘SID’) and Key Information Memorandum (‘KIM’) of the above-mentioned Schemes. All other terms & conditions of the SID and KIM of the above-mentioned Schemes will remain unchanged. This addendum forms an integral part of the SID / KIM of the above-mentioned Schemes as amended from time to time.
