Trident Lifeline gains on getting nod to acquire 51% stake in TLL Parenterals

The scrip opened at Rs. 180.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 197.00 and Rs. 180.00 respectively. So far 3000 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 239.70 on 08-Aug-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 113.00 on 16-Dec-2022.

Trident Lifeline has received approval for the proposal to subscribe 51% i.e. 5100 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the proposed Company TLL Parenterals which is under process of incorporation. This acquisition would allow the company to partner with the leading and fast-growing market of organic and inorganic chemicals along with pharmaceuticals and allied products. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 11, 2023 has considered and approved the same.
