RailTel Corporation rises on securing order worth Rs 16.22 crore

Railtel Corporation Of India is currently trading at Rs. 441.90, up by 6.10 points or 1.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 435.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 439.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 445.00 and Rs. 436.80 respectively. So far 93833 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 618.00 on 12-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 279.00 on 21-Dec-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 445.00 and Rs. 404.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 14073.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.66% and 23.50% respectively.

RailTel Corporation of India has secured work order from Employees Provident Fund Organisation for MPLS Services for 140 Locations as per Purchase Order issued by EPFO amounting to Rs 16.22 crore (Including Tax). The said order is to be executed by March 31, 2027. 

RailTel Corporation of India provides broadband telecom and multimedia network across the country.
