Alfa Transformers rises on bagging purchase orders worth Rs 5.41 crore

Alfa Transformers is currently trading at Rs. 119.00, up by 0.45 points or 0.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 118.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 119.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 122.00 and Rs. 118.00 respectively. So far 11549 shares were traded on the counter.

Alfa Transformers has received purchase orders worth Rs 5.41 crore for its Bhubaneswar plant. Out of the total, the company has received worth of Rs 2.57 crore from TP Northen Odisha Distribution (TPNODL), Rs 2.49 crore from TP Central Odisha Distribution (TPCODL), and Rs 0.35 crore from TP Southern Odisha Distribution (TPSODL).

The company has received orders for design, manufacturing and supply of 100KVA 11/0.4KV AL, 250KVA11/0.4KV CU Transformers from TPNODL & TPCODL and 7-11KV 1MVA Line Voltage Transformer from TPSODL.

Alfa Transformers is engaged in the production of Electrical Distribution & Power Transformers. The company is a major supplier to utilities, multinationals and domestic corporate.
