Mangalam Cement surges despite reporting marginal fall in Q4 net profit

Mangalam Cement is currently trading at Rs 760.60, up by 26.30 points or 3.58% from its previous closing of Rs 734.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 765.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs 774.70 and Rs 750.90 respectively. So far 1369 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 1095.65 on 04-Sep-2024 and a 52-week low of Rs 640.00 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 846.90 and Rs 713.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 2085.12 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 39.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.02% and 50.46% respectively.

Mangalam Cement has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2025.

The company has reported over 2.14% fall in its net profit at Rs 16.91 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 17.28 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 13.08% at Rs 516.20 crore for Q4FY25 as compared Rs 456.49 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, the company has reported 24.55% fall in its net profit at Rs 45.06 crore as compared to Rs 59.72 crore for the previous year. The total income of the company decreased by 1.27% at Rs 1741.61 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1763.96 crore for year ended March 31, 2024.
