Highway Infrastructure soars on getting Rs 154.59 crore LoA for Moti Naroli Fee Plaza operations

Highway Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 58.05, up by 3.94 points or 7.28% from its previous closing of Rs. 54.11 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 54.81 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 59.90 and Rs. 54.81 respectively. So far 77517 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 134.89 on 14-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 49.45 on 27-Jan-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 59.90 and Rs. 53.59 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 414.11 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.70% and 29.26% respectively.

Highway Infrastructure has received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) of Rs 154.59 crore for operations at Moti Naroli Fee Plaza in the State of Gujarat. The Letter of Award (LoA) was issued by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on February 16, 2026. The order is to be executed within 90 days.

Earlier, the company had commenced toll operations at Kaza Fee Plaza on the Chilakaluripet-Vijayawada section of NH-16 in Andhra Pradesh, effective January 23, 2026.
