Tanfac Industries zooms on inking Rs 1,250 crore MoU with large multinational company

Tanfac Industries is currently trading at Rs. 2430.00, up by 194.60 points or 8.71% from its previous closing of Rs. 2235.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2262.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2528.95 and Rs. 2230.10 respectively. So far 54153 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2532.15 on 29-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1410.00 on 02-May-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2528.95 and Rs. 2110.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4776.13 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.81%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.36% and 47.83% respectively.

Tanfac Industries has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a large multinational company.  The contract covers the supply of 5,000 MT per annum of its key fluorinated product amounting to an estimated value of Rs 1,250 crore (exclusive of GST) over a period of five years, starting from January 01, 2027.
