Muthoot Microfin has raised Rs 250 crore through the allotment of 250,000 Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), having face value of Rs 10,000 each on private placement basis, in dematerialised form. The Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee of the company in its meeting held on September 08, 2026, has allotted the same.
