Railtel Corporation of India is currently trading at Rs. 327.65, up by 3.40 points or 1.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 324.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 335.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 337.80 and Rs. 326.95 respectively. So far 117177 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 478.80 on 10-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 265.30 on 03-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 338.65 and Rs. 323.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 10558.87 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 72.84%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.52% and 22.63% respectively.

Railtel Corporation of India, in consortium with M/s Ashoka Buildcon, has secured a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth around Rs 1136.18 crore from Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The contract pertains to selection of MSP for Modernization of Offices of IGR and Controller of Stamps under Government of Maharashtra. The order is to be executed by March 19, 2032.

As per LoI, the accepted rate per page is Rs 24.75 (Page refers to a scanned single side page of a registered document). The consideration value is not stated in the LoI. The average number of pages scanned per years, over the last five years as per the RFP is 9.18 crore pages. Accordingly, the expected financial impact for the five-year contract period will be around Rs 1136.18 crore. However, actual figures may vary.
