GPT Healthcare is currently trading at Rs. 188.35, up by 1.95 points or 1.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 186.40 on the BSE.

The agreement is being entered with a third party and there is no conflict of interest and no nominee is on the board of Directors of the company.
