SG Finserve zooms on launching digital lending solution for Indian merchants
SG Finserve is currently trading at Rs. 678.00, up by 48.35 points or 7.68% from its previous closing of Rs. 629.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 629.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 693.00 and Rs. 627.05 respectively. So far 67520 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 700.00 on 01-Jul-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 323.20 on 02-Feb-2026.

SG Finserve has launched its digital lending solution in partnership with BharatPe Money (Resilient Digi Services) as the Lending Service Provider (LSP) and Succesship Technologies (Succesship) as the technology partner powering the end-to-end digital lending journey.
The partnership aims to improve access to formal credit for India's merchants by offering a seamless, fully digital and paperless borrowing experience. Built in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India’s Digital Lending Guidelines, the solution places customer consent, transparency, responsible lending and regulatory compliance at the core of lending journey.
The digital lending solution enables eligible businesses to apply for merchant loans through a simplified digital process with faster approvals, minimal documentation and a seamless customer experience. By bringing together the company’s lending expertise, BharatPe's merchant network, and Succesship's technology platform, the partnership seeks to make formal credit more accessible for entrepreneurs across the country.
