KPI Green Energy inches up after getting charging permission for solar power project for MAHAGENCO

KPI Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 409.95, up by 0.50 points or 0.12% from its previous closing of Rs. 409.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 405.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 415.00 and Rs. 402.00 respectively. So far 10733 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 556.15 on 18-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 335.80 on 09-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 419.70 and Rs. 398.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8064.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.49%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.87% and 41.65% respectively.

KPI Green Energy has received the charging permission from Chief Electrical Inspector, Nagpur (Maharashtra) in respect of its 100 MW (AC) / 128 MW (DC) grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV project executed by the company on a Turnkey EPC basis, for Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO) at Ramthi, Narkhed, District Nagpur, Maharashtra.

With this, the company has established its presence in Maharashtra and adds a marquee state-utility project to its operating portfolio. It reflects the company's proven execution capabilities in delivering large-scale, grid-connected solar projects for reputed public-sector utilities.
