D. P. Abhushan has received approval the proposals for opening a Company-owned retail showroom at Dahod, Gujarat; and opening a Franchise Owned Company Operated showroom at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
The Board of Directors of the company has approved the proposal for opening a company-owned jewellery showroom at Dahod, Gujarat, as part of the company’s retail expansion strategy. The said showroom will be opened at Ambika Society, Dahod (Gujarat). The proposed showroom, having an retail area of around 3,200 square feet, will be the company’s first showroom in the State of Gujarat and will mark the company’s strategic entry into the Gujarat retail market. The showroom will be owned and operated by the company and is expected to establish the company’s retail presence in the region, enhance customer accessibility, and strengthen its brand recognition among customers in Gujarat. The showroom will offer the company’s comprehensive range of jewellery products in accordance with its established quality standards and customer service practices.
Separately, the Board of Directors of the company has also approved the proposal for opening a jewellery showroom at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, under the Franchisee Owned Company Operated Model (FOCO). The proposed showroom, having an retail area of around 3,750 square feet, will mark the company’s first expansion through the FOCO, representing a significant milestone in its retail growth and business expansion strategy. The adoption of the franchisee model will facilitate expansion into new markets through an asset-light approach, strengthen its brand presence, and enhance customer outreach. The proposed showroom is expected to offer the company’s range of jewellery products in accordance with the company’s prescribed standards, branding guidelines, and quality specifications, thereby ensuring a consistent customer experience across its retail network.
